STEP 1: Fill out the Membership Application form
- Download the ITA Membership Application Form.
- Fill out the application and save it to your computer.
STEP 2: Submit your application online

*Please note, you will need to have completed step one first.
STEP 3: Application review
- An ITA member may connect with you if clarification is required.
- Applicants will receive a decision on their application approximately 30 days after the most recent application deadline.

Membership applications are reviewed four times per year based on the following deadlines.

- October 31, 2024
- January 31, 2025
