This Indigenous food and education company is inspired by the land, life, and seasons, and by traditional ways of cooking outdoors. Curated pop-up fine dining events showcase Indigenous and local producers, inviting guests to taste how ingredients and techniques reflect place and culture.

Led by Chef Scott Iserhoff, the team also offers culinary classes, culture camps, and outdoor dining experiences that explore the impact of colonialism on Indigenous food systems and contemporary culture, encouraging meaningful conversation over shared meals.
