ITA Strengthening Our Roots Program
The essence of Strengthening Our Roots is the Indigenous tourism businesses that comprise our diverse Indigenous tourism industry. Smaller, independently owned businesses are susceptible to changes in the marketplace, and larger businesses can struggle to adapt. But with the lingering effects of the pandemic, additional obstacles have arisen, adding unexpected stressors to the industry.
This program will look at Strengthening the Roots of your business- the operations, insurance, and business infrastructure. Within this program, you will be partnered with an ITA team member for 4 months of biweekly online coaching!

- Operations & Infrastructure
- Marketing & Communications
- Culture & Sustainability
This program supports Indigenous operators in all levels of development, and especially those who wish to become market ready.
